Review content:
My husband and I are both professionals, when the nanny of my 15 month old had a family emergency and had to leave the country. we are pressed to find a daycare fast. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to really researching into Childtime before we signed up. The director Pam really left a bad impression on both my husband and I after the baby is enrolled. I later learned that they charge 1/2 price for the whole week if you take the baby out on vacation, and if you want to put the baby in for 1 day of that week they will charge full price. My baby was never happy there. After 2 weeks of crying when I dropped her off and picked her up I knew that I need to find some other place. (She's been to different daycare and different nannies and was never this unhappy). Not realizing that I needed to give a 2 week notice and it was NEVER explained to me, the director Pam insisted that the lady gave me the tour (Allie)had to explain to me because she ALWAYS do so. Number 1, it was not Allie that gave me the tour and number 2, the director Pam was not there. How could she have the right to challenge me of what I was told? And that's what my husband and I had to deal with. She is also reluctant and very difficult when we ask for receipts. My husband needs the receipts since his company reimburses part of childcare cost. Her attitude was so nasty that I doubt any of the teachers under her is happy and content. Without happy teachers, there cannot be happy children. Don't send your kids there, regardless that they have very persuasive marketing. You will overpay for below standard care. There are many cheaper and better daycares in the neighborhood.
Pros: facility seems ok
Cons: unreasonable charges
