mr notebook sold me a laptop that had a cracked motherboard and would not warranty product without "appraising" the problem-then they would make adjustments on value of laptop. i had experienced the problem from the day i bought it and they put in used parts(i had a it person verify this) to "fix" the problem. i contacted both mgrs in austin and san antonio and gave me the same run around. i have since talked to several computer folks and i am not the first story like this they have heard. i now have a $500 p.o.s.. i can and will talk live about this if needed.
