I recently went to purchase a new car because a friend referred me to a sales person there. While he tried to be pleasant and treat me as what he said "family", he also ripped me off. These people think that women are naive and try to take advantage of what they can. First, he made the offers based on Manufacturers suggested retail price, then, he said that he was giving me more money for the trade in than what I owed...well, the problem is that when it came to the negotiations, i wasn't even getting a bargain, plus they ripped me off with the interest rate. I went to the dealer and spoke to the manager. He said I couldn't return the car. I drove darn 40 miles to buy a car and all I got is mistreated. I am still dealing with the sales person who supposedly is looking for a better deal in financing. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything
