I went to get some anti biotics for my son at the Walgreens in Hillsboro by Joanne Fabrics and as I stood at the front counter waiting to be help, there was no acknowledgment from the pharmacy workers. It was as if I didn't exist at all. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes. There were only a couple of customers around. I then asked one of the worker where should I go to get the prescription and without even looking at me, she gave me a snotty reply that I need to get in line. This Walgreen need to hire people with more people skills and better customer service skills. Of course, this Walgreen did not deserve any more of my time and money so I walked out and went to Rite Aid...I'll never go back to that particular Walgreen's pharmacy ever again.
Pros: cashiers at front store are friendly
Cons: pharmacy need to hire people that are customer centric
