I found Jimminy Clippers when I was researching dog grooming shops near Palatine. I came across Jimminy Clippers webpage and I was very impressed with the pictures and the description of products they use. I have an eight year old recused Airedale Terrier. He has never liked being groom and I have brought him to serveral different grooming shops previously and they have all told me he is very difficult to groom. I contacted Jimminy Clippers to tell them they might have problems try to groom my dog. I brought him in at 8 a.m. and the groomer told me to come back at noon. I came back at 11:45 and my dog was ready! He came out of the door, wagging his tail, and I was talking to the groomer to see how good he was, he went up to the groom and sat right next to her. He gave her a lick on the hand, I was so thrilled my dog had great time. She said that he was a joy and no problems to groom. As I was driving home, instead smelling my dog's smelly breath, all I can smell is the shampoo from my dog! I am definatly going back there, I called Jimminy Clippers back as soon as I got home, and requested for him to be groomed again in 4 weeks.
