OMG!!!!! Went this wekend and had the most horrible experience I have ever had at a hair salon. After making it clear that I do not want my hair cut short, Steven convinced me to take 2 inches off the length.........by the time he finished cutting it, he had taken about 6 inches! I was horrified! Then after I had explained that I need a simple cut as I only have 10 minutes to do my hair in the mornings before work, they stylist blowing out my hair explains to me that until she got the hang of blowing it this way, it would take her almost 2 hours to do her hair. What part of simple and quick did they not undestand? I purchased the products they suggested to me, and now 2 days later I am walking around looking like a poodle died on my head. I am mortified and they have completely shattered my confidence.
