Review content:
If you have a schedule to keep, save yourself some time and rent from U Haul. My experience with Master Rental Center was awful. I requested online to rent a cargo van for the following day at 9:30am. I called the next day to confirm my rental at 9am and was told that they do not have Cargo Van's but I could get a box truck. The box truck would not be ready until 10:30 am. Burn #1: Thanks for not calling me to tell me this. At 10:30 I go into the shop and the box truck I rented is on its way from Indianapolis to the shop, and they said they would call me when it was ready. Burn #2: Thanks for not calling me and letting me know...AGAIN. I finally get the truck at noon after driving back and forth across town twice already. Upset enough as I was, when I went to check the mileage it was 2 miles over what they had written down on my agreement. I spent my entire day driving back and forth, when a simple phone call from Rental Center the first, or the second time would have been helpful.
