Businiess name:  Hank & Frank Bicycles

Review content:
I bought a basic city bicycle from Hank & Frank two years ago. They did a professional job transferring my accessories (front & rear lights, bell, & side-view mirror) from my old to this new bike. When I found that the seat post was set too low for me, I raised it but started worrying that it now might not extend deeply enough into the seat tube to safely support my weight. So I called the shop and asked Frank to specify the maximum level I could safely raise the seat post. Frank quickly contacted my bike's manufacturer (Electra) to get precise information on the maximum safe level, and called me back with the answer. If you buy a bike at Hank & Frank, they provide free tune-ups over the life of the bike. When I rode my bike in for a recent tune-up, they took two weeks to complete the tune-up. (If you call beforehand to arrange a date to bring your bike in, that shortens the turnaround time for the tune-up). When I ask them about possible repairs and upgrades to my bike, they give me honest advice and options, without pressuring me into a high-cost fix.
