I always go to the one on University, because I live there. I go to school there. The service at University has and always pleasant. They were always on time with me when I ring the bell, hold my items when I"m still searching for other things, they have the most wonderful customer service. They even, help you look for things that you need. Anywho, I heard that they have another consignment 1st in North Carolina which is in matthews. So I decided to drop by and take a look around. I bought a vase there, I asked the person to see if they have another one, he just literally say that's it. I'm shocked! and better yet pissed off they were the rudest people. I just don't know what to do or what to say. People, with no customer service should never work in a environment that deals with people in general.
