I recently moved to California from the midwest, and felt panicked when I recently started to have car issues. I was not famliiar with the area and did not have anyone that I was familiar with to take my car to. I took my car to Solo Tire and got help from Yaron. He worked with me and was honest and up front with me about the issues my car was having. Yaron went above and beyond and not only took the time to explain what was going on with me, but he went above and beyond by calling Jiffy Lube for me (they had screwed up my transmission by jacking up a transmission flush that they recently did) and he spoke with the manager at Jiffy Lube, explained what happened as a result of their mistake - and now I am working with them to get my money back. I had to have 2 sensors and a water pump replaced on my car and I picked it up today - it is like new! Having car troubles is normally very stressful, but the guys here did an EXCELLENT job and were so nice, friendly and honest, I will never go anywhere else! Thank goodness for them!
