I had no questions left to ask, it was time to file bankruptcy. I realized this sad fact on my own. The reason I went with John Orcutt?s firm was because I have seen his commercials since the mid 1990?s. I figured if he is still alive and kicking then he must know what he is doing. Plus everyone in town knows he?s a household name. I filed a chapter 7 and was finished in what seemed about 3 months. The process was relatively painless and easy after I filled out all my forms.
