Review content:
We chose Brinkmann Roofing because of a recommendation from a coworker, even though they were the highest bidder. We wanted to do it right. We have a good roof, but it took them 12 weeks to finish!! They did 90% of the job in two days, then took the rest of the time to finish the rest. Their communication was lacking and it was annoying having the roof drag out so long. About 1/2 way through the process, we asked for a credit of $100 to be given to compensate for our wasted time. The foreman agreed to it, then once the project was done, he said he had not said that, and basically called us liars. I called the original salesperson to talk to him to see if he would help us, and he was night and day from when he first sold us the roof. He was rude, accusatory and overall unpleasant. It's funny how they change once they have your money. Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere cheaper and save yourself the headache.
