Review content:
We had our roof replaced by Brinkmann several months ago (late 2007) and chose Brinkmann. We feel that the job was rushed because the shingles do not line up properly and there is a noticeable 'sway' in the shingle line which should be a perfectly straight line. Additionally, we had some fascia and other repair work done and the fascia on the front of our home is uneven. We expressed our dissatisfaction and were told that this was all 'normal' and wasn't considered a problem because the roof does not leak. This is true, but for nearly $4,000 we expected our roof to look much better than this. Several of our neighbors have had their roofs replaced by companies that charged less but we chose Brinkmann because we thought they were a reputable company. There is clearly a difference in the way the jobs were done and we wish we would have gone with someone else. We asked for the job to be redone properly or a discounted price but were told that they are ?unwilling to negotiate.? Be wary before choosing Brinkmann because if you are not satisfied with the job you will may be in a similar situation.
