I read the reviews from a few years ago and tried to stay open minded...sometimes people can be so tempermental. The specialist I met with was pleasant, helpful, and had a 'can-do' attitude. I even called her a few times to change and solidify my order. As annoying as I thought it would be for her, she was always patient and laughed with me (probably at me too). My flowers were mango colored callas. I was worried about her being able to replicate the colors and shading. To look at it, the cake was absolutely perfect...exaclty the way I wanted it to look. I'm not a fan of wedding cakes in general (they can be dry), but it was so nice and light. The only issue was that the icing between layers was regular instead of the special flavor I wanted. BUT everyone raved and it really was delicious. When told my consultant about the mix up, she was sincere in her apology and made me feel important even after my money was spent. She cares about repeat business and quality products. I say 4.95 stars! Thanks Mixing Bowl Three Chopt!
