She needs to do more research on listings that she wants to show clients. She needs to get a little more knowledge about the steps of foreclosures, 14 days for buyers to look on the 15th day investors can buy, not the other way around. And lastly, when she finds out a house is under contract stop trying to sneak it out from under an honest Marine with a family. Especially one she has known for 25 years. She rubbed me the wrong way and I don't want it to happen to you too.
