We had to replace the shut-off valves for the supply lines to the kitchen sink due to a leak, though it was not an emergency situation. Our technician, John, came the next morning and had us fixed up quickly. He also gave us a nice walk through to discuss other plumbing issues in the house, of which we have many and have been steadily trying to address for years now.
