I called Raleigh Roto-Rooter plumbers to clean out two of my drains that had been problems for a few years. They made an appointment for the next day. They called ahead and arrived in the 2-hour window as scheduled. The plumber made sure that he understood the problems and explained to me what he recommened be done, why he was recommending it and any possible problems that might arise because of my old cast iron and galvanized lines. He gave me a quote and I authorized the work. He completed the work that afternoon and was careful to thouroughly clean the area and check for any leaks at the connections he had to remove for access. Before he left, he went down a thorough check list of pumbing issues and suggestions of how I could prevent problems in the future. I heartily recommend Roto-Rooter of Raleigh for any drain problems or other plumbing problems you may have!
