Review content:
We had a leak at the emergency shutoff valve for our washing machine. After calling on Saturday, our plumber (John) was at our house in under an hour. He was a complete professional and took the time to explain the different types of valves we could use for a repair. He went out of his way to find the valve we agreed would be the best fit and came back on Sunday (right on time) and finished the repair. He took the time to rehook up my washing machine, take me through all the plumbing of my house, and show me some tips for shutting off the water at the road if necessary. I would let John do any plumbing repair at our house again.
