We called for an appointment for Rotor Rooter to fix a garbage disposal yesterday. I was given a courtesy call when he was on his way which was great. Once William arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about fixing the disposal. Although, as we suspected, it had to be replaced. He had a disposal in the truck and was able to do this immediately. He also matched a coupon that I had for another company and also gave me an extra $10 on top of that which totally $50 off the bill. You can access a $40 coupon on their website. But getting $10 more off, was great. This was the second time we used them. The first time was for a baby bottle cap stuck in the disposal for which the technician did not even charge us for coming out. I am very impressed with the service and technicians that Rotor Rooter provides and plan on being a continued customer.
