Review content:
They destroyed my house! I called them up to fix my bathroom sink and fix my kitchen faucet. The bathroom sink was unclogged right away. I told the Plumber that my Kohler faucet was stuck and could no longer move side to side. He ended up breaking the faucet off and told me that never happened before. He then said he would go to the hardware store to get a replacement. There was no black colored faucets so I told him to order one. He replied that we would have this within a week. He left my house about 2:30 pm. About 90 minutes later, I heard a hissing sound while upstairs. I went downstairs and saw water spouting up. My kitchen floor was soaked (ruined), ceiling to the basement was soaked, carpet downstairs was soaked. I called him and told him to get back to my house right away. I went downstairs and turned off the water. He came back and blamed everything on a worn out O-ring. While he called the Water Damage company, I had to get out my steam cleaner and soak up the water throughout the house. The Water Damage company did a good job of getting out to my house in a hurry, pulling up the carpet and flooring, and getting fans going. They are coming back tomorrow. Pros: null Cons: null
