Businiess name:  Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Review content:
I would not recommend Enterprise for anyone who cares about reliability. The car and the size of car that I ordered weeks is in advance was not available, making my 3 teenage kids cram into the small backseat of the tiny standard sedan. But of course I was still charged for the large car I did not receive! The car its self was not reliable. The front tire was constantly leaking making us take several trips to the gas station to reinflate the tire on my dime; the car was also filled with trash and grime from previous uses. When we arrived to the enterprise parking lot to return the car we found that the gate was closed and locked with a long line of cars and people waiting and upset. The office was supposed to open at 5:30am but the gate was still locked when we left at 6:15am. after waiting 30 minutes the Enterprise airport shuttle driver (who showed no verification of his position) agreed to drive my family of 5 to the San Antonio airport (which is located several miles away from the Enterprise airport car rental place) as the 6 of us (all in the tiny 5 passenger sedan) drove to the airport, the shuttle driver informed me that this was not the first time that customers were left standing in the dark waiting for a manager to open the rental place. We arrived at the airport making our flight with only seconds to spare. I was left with the anxiety of leaving my rental car with a stranger who had no ID of the position he claimed. And I needed to go through the return process over the phone, at home, after 8 hours of travel where I was charged more than I should have been! Cons: lied to
