We stayed at this hotel in December 2007 for a Viking playoff game. We had booked on line in advance in November and the time of the game was changed so I called the front desk at the hotel and the gentleman who answered assured me that he could change the dates of the reservation by one day...no problem! We did not cancel any days, just moved everything up a day. Well...it was a problem. They double booked us! We were overcharged $176.27! I have attempted to get in contact with this hotel for the last 3 weeks. Not only have I not gotten anywhere with them, they will not return calls when they say that they are going to and give me the run around when they do talk to me. Apparently no one has the authority to actually be of help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms were clean and nice but noisy. There was not enough staff in the dining area and dead boxelderbugs in the pool. Bert the shuttle driver was the only redeeming quality that this location had in my opinion. Maybe if he was the manager there would be better customer service. Pros: Bert the shuttle driver is top notch! Cons: Overcharged with no customer service!
