Review content:
we had made reservation a day prior online to rent a car at this location and got there just before 8am so we have time to get to work on time. We brought our confirmation, id and debit card. Customer service representative that served us friday morning obviously needed to get more sleep and lose the ego-inflated attitude and instead help her customers find a solution. but she didn't. she said we needed to have an utility bill to show proof of address when we use debit card. Which was totally new to me. I have rented cars and when you use debit card they usually take $300-$500 dollar deposit and you're set. But here it seemed like this was a deal breaker. she wouldn't accept registration or highway patrol issued traffic ticket. it seemed that it was more important to her to be right than to help us find a solution. I dont know about you, but I personally don't know many people who carry utility bills around with them. if thats their policy they should have it on their website at least so people know this is how it works. anyway I am going to Hertz.
