I saw Advanced working down the street and had already been thinking about a new roof as I had seen other neighbors getting new roofs and all our homes were built about the same time. Got the phone number off there "colorful" truck. Was given a specific time when they would come out and inspect my roof. A second appointement was then scheduled for them to come back out show us the pictures of the roof and present the very detailed proposal. The price was close to what my husband and I had anticipated so we signed with Matt that afternoon. The crew came out and started the job in about two weeks and completed the job in two days. Xavier and crew were wonderful as they protected my extensive flower beds and large patio with lumber and tarps. Mike, the project manager checked on the crew periodically and Stacy from the office staff phoned me on a daily basis making sure we were ok or to see if we had any concerns with the process. We really didn't change the color very much so you really can't tell that we got a new roof if you didn't know, but thats ok, we know we are leak free till we retire and move in 8 yrs. P.S Their warranty is transfrerrable to the new homeowners, thats a big plus in our eyes. My husbands brother in Downers Grove has also since used them and was also happy. Exceptional customer service orientated company.
