Can't actually comment on the quality of work because we never got that far, thank god. Basically they quoted us for new doors and windows, said they ordered them, and were going to call to schedule the install during the week I was on vacation. They never called. I called them that week and was told the orders were on back order, and they couldn't install that week. Would have been nice to know this beforehand! Rescheduled for a following saturday, and again no call -- no show. Manager was rude to my wife on the phone, and they suggested we cancel the install! So clearly they didn't even order any of the doors or windows (a strange custom size) if they were that willing to walk away...
