We moved our good friend from his one bedroom apt to his new two bedroom apt. We put in a maintenance request to get some help moving a couple of larger items. The maintenance manager come to the apt and started shaking his head no and said no, no we can't help you. We don't have time. His response amazed me. I told this person "your kidding". This man is moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. This business has made more money from this move and you don't have 20 minutes to help him. He just smiled and said "no". I told him he should be a shamed and that my friend who lives at this community is one of many who pays their salary. Very poor customer service. I will recommend Windsor of Savoy to the next person who asks where is a good retirement/assisted living apts.. I shake my head at this whole situation because I've seen 3 maintenance people in the hallway talking and laughing while one of them was changing a light bulb a couple weeks ago. (didn't realize it took three men to change a light bulb.) They don't have time to help one of their residents for 20 mins????? WOW
