I placed this reserveration via hotwire and then left a message on the Enterprize voice mail at this location for pick up at 9-10 am. No one contacted me in the morning, so I called and asked for pick up. There was mass confusion as they said the referral came from the boulder hwy location and they would pick me up at 10AM. They didn't show until 11AM. I asked if they accepted both credit and debit and they said yes, debit with a $350 deposit and credit with a $250 hold deposit. I brought my debit, insurance, and ID. They did not ask for any other items on the phone. I waited an hour once I got there. When I finally did get to speak to a girl she was unprofessional and rude. She said that she needs 2 utility bills for the debit card which was not notated on the site or when I called. Their driver took me home to get the utility bills that I had. I online bill pay, so I only had 2 copies from when I moved in May with carry over balances. I returned, they said the utility bills were not 'good enough', and refused to check the updated accounts online as they claim they don't have the internet? It's 2011....really? Even though I had cas, verification of pay stubs, a credit card, utility bills, and a debit card....they would not rent me a stupid compact to drive around Vegas (local) to purchase a new car for a few days. I'm actually offended they think I'd steal a cheap car like that. They offered no apology and the manager Dave who is a real a%&hole, said that he is doing me a 'favor' as this came from the Enterprize in Boulder Hwy. The pick up driver even told me 'this place is a joke and they never know what they are doing, go to the airport next time you rent"...do yourself a favor and go to Dollar, Avis, Thrifty....don't go here. It's a bunch of uneducated morons running the show.
