Review content:
We went to the pet hospital for a year and I have to say that while the Vets are good, nothing fancy but overall good, but the staff is terrible. They are rude, abrupt and inconsiderate. They need an entire staff overhaul. I also bought into the year of insurance which seem to be the only thing at this place that keeps you from getting completely buried in bills. Even with that I did feel on a number of occasions that I was getting ripped off. I'm currently looking for a new Vet and I wouldn't recommend the Marina Pet Hospital to anyone unless you live a block or two away.
Pros: The vets are pretty good
Cons: the staff, the staff, the staff and the high prices
