We booked a reservation for Saturday, February 13 and upon arrival came to discover the owner had given away our reservation even though we had arrived 20 minutes early to our reservation. The owner was working the host stand and was extremely rude when we confronted him about our dissatisfaction. He had no justifiable reason for giving our reservation away and instead said we can wait for another table and the wait would be at least an hour. This is extremely horrible customer service and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! We drove two hours to enjoy a Valentine weekend away and decided to try this restaurant because of the reviews. Instead the reviews do not state what horrible customer service this restaurant has. Not only was the owner rude, but he proceeded to get in my face about his mistake. This is unacceptable and not how a patron should be treated especially when they are not at fault.
