Preapproved us, then lost our file after we signed on a house. Supposedly our loan agent no longer worked there. Another guy there snatched our loan up, but was really rude to us and our realtor, so we switched to another loan officer. Kept losing our paperwork over and over again. Not only that, they never called to let us know they needed something. It often took as long as two weeks to reach anyone to hear that they didn't see our last fax come in weeks prior. Lost over $1000 in appraisals and inspections that we couldn't get back. Applied through a different loan company, but not in time to save the house we'd fallen in love with. It went back on the market and sold to someone else. Credit score over 700 and no debt, but treated us like garbage. Wouldn't want to order fast food from them, much less an important purchase like a home.
