Businiess name:  Allure Nail Spa

Review content:
I had been in search of a nail salon and due to the excellent ratings I gave Allure a try. First let me say that the salon is very clean and looks quite nice. However, after three visits I am absolutely convinced that the women at Allure are accustomed to servicing a "certain" clientele and waisted no time lettting me know that I (an African American female) was not welcome there. After each visit I was never asked about scheduling another appointment and seemed quite annoyed when I did ask if I could make one. The first two times I asked for an appointment the woman didn't even bother to pull out the appointment book or give me an appointment card. Two weeks ago when I went in for a fill I was kept waiting for approximately 30 minutes while they took walk ins, what was even more ridiculous than the wait was that my nails came out horrible. She did a rush job and I had asked for her to put them on a little thick and she did the exact opposite and said that she didn't do as I asked because I didn't need it that way. Well, whithin days my nails began to peel and crack. I had to use nail glue. Allure will never ever get my business again. I'm sure that there are people out there who don't think things like this still happen, let me reassure you that they do and I experienced it at THIS nail salon.
