I wonder why I'm still a customer, especially after reading all the awful reviews. I can completely relate to each one of them. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now and yet they could care less. My sister got out a long time ago and I'm starting to understand my brother-in-law's hatred towards banks. There is no compassion and they could honestly care less. I'm tired of dealing with them and getting the same crap everytime. I have been far to patient and nice up to this point. I have decided to take my business elsewhere along with a few other members of the family.

Cons: no customer loyalty, wants to rob you of all your money
