Review content:
I spoke to a pleasant man,I told him up front I was calling to verify availability/cost. He remained pleasant until I said I was not going to rent the car until I spoke w/my husband, he was curt & got rid of me quickly. Having been in customer service for years, I thought it rude but chalked it up to thinking they were busy. He only gave me types of cars available per class, no rental specifics. My husband called back and spoke about specifics of renting. Once in the store they were rude to the point of absurdity. There were charges not mentioned before. When asked (politely) about it the rep nearly became enraged & said he told the wife about them. Not true. I would NEVER reccomend the Enterprise in Holland again. Walking barefoot across glass on a busy highway would be preferable.
