This is a cute small restaurant that has great decor and an ample menu. The food and service are good. However, there are two problems. One is the loud fountain in the corner that sounds like someone using the bathroom - it's too loud for such a small space. The other problem is that they have a large fish aquarium and it more often than not had dead fish floating in it. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for that in a dining room. They would be in there for DAYS. If they don't mind that right next to their tables, what's going on in the kitchen that we CAN'T see? Ew. Pros: Service, usually; food Cons: Dead fish don't belong in a restaurant
