Ok, so I've been in treatment with Dr. Vance for about 7 months. I saw him at my first visit and when I got my braces on....now he's hardly around. At one appointment I was waiting for him to check my braces, he went to he chair next to me to check that patient........well, the next thing you know he is raising his voice at his employee wanting to know WHY HE NEEDED TO SEE THIS PATIENT! I thought a "doctor" should see ALL PATIENTS (he never did come to me, the lady let me leave at that point). I've also been to another branch of his, I had to wait 35 minutes and when I walked passed what I assume to be his office he was on the phone with his feet proped on his desk! I was very upset beacuse I needed to get back to work. Anyway, I hope this helps someone in making their choice on who will do their braces. I wish I had a warning like this!
Pros: Very nice technology and clean well kept office.
Cons: Wait time, doctor's attitude
