I HATE Sears Auto Center in New Brunswick, NJ!! I don't know much about cars but I do know that it does not take 2 hours for an oil change or 4 hours to change four tires and that when you go to get your car diagnosed, it should not be returned to you with something else broken! The last time I took my car there, was literally the last time I am EVER taking my car there!! I took my car to find out why it was squeaking when I go over speed bumps or make turns. They returned my car with a broken gear shifter and claimed they were not responsible nor are they able to fix it and that I would have to take it somewhere else and pay for it to be fixed. The irony huh? You go to a place that fixes cars and in reality they fix nothing and return it to you even more damaged then claim THEY are not responsible?? On top of that, the customer service is poor. The sales associates as well as the mechanics take their time doing things and they fool around and talk with each other rather than attend to the customers and the little focus they give you comes off rude. There was one person there that was of help and I wish I knew his name to give him his credit. I know it sounds silly that I would keep bringing my car to a place that I already knew was incompetent but to be honest I only did it for the convenience of having a Sears Card and having the ability to pay installments but as of now they have lost my business completely and I hope they lost yours too!!
