I've been doing business with Austin Shoe Hospital for many years now and continue to have a great experience each time. Once a year I have dozens of pairs of boots reconditioned, re-soled, etc. Terri is a good example of someone I WANT to do business with. I have friends that own a shoe repair business in the Austin area but I CHOOSE to do business here because I know what to expect in terms of price, quality, service, and most importantly attitude every time. I own several businesses in Texas and know the importance of having people care about their customer relations. This business has proven they do as well.
