Review content:
Their work came undone 2 weeks after wearing the repaired shoe. When I brought it back to be fixed, the lady behind the counter insisted that they did not work on the affected part of the shoe. She then proceeded to tell me that they worked on the toe (which they did not). She kept pushing back and suggested that I was lying. Then, she told me that they won't fix it again, unless I have THEIR work order (even though I supplied a receipt). And finally, as I was leaving, she told me to "have a nice day" (clearly said with sarcasm). Terrible customer service. Very discourteous. They need somebody else working behind the counter.
