I really enjoy taking my shoes, luggage to this store as I know the repairs will be taken care of. I have some expensive luggage and shoes, with Terri taking care of it no problem whatsoever. She is always courteous and handling other customers with such professionalism. I might also note that this store is so clean. I have referred my friends to the store and Terri always takes care of them. You know, it is hard to find true customer service anymore but Terri could be the top star teacher and show other merchants how to treat people. My thanks to the repair staff as you do an outstanding job.
