I trusted them to do a great job on a custom door mat for a present. What I got was a commercial mat with a homemade name in the middle out of a piece of shet metal. I paid up front 200.00 and was so disappointed that I could not give it as a gift. It was tacky and looked cheap. The name was not even centered. They refunded 1/2 of my money, now I have a piece of junk for 100.00. Do not trust them to do custom work. And by no means, never pay them up front. The worst item I have ever paid for. I tried to help the local business and all I got was ripped off. Do not trust them to do a custom job. They only buy stuff from other places and say they are custom. The custom part is what was so terrible. My family laughed when they saw the door mat and thought I glued a piece of metal on it. NEVER AGAIN!
