I was highly disappointed with my visit today. I researched the car I wanted. I was very happy with the decision I made on the car I chose. Shortly after we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and told the gentleman which vehicle we were interested in buying. We took it for a test drive and were very pleased. Everything was going great. Then we go inside to purchase/discuss the vehicle. The first thing I notice is that the price on the internet was $1000.00 higher than the price he is giving us. At this point I had my husband pull the page up on his cell phone to show the price listed. Now according to their website they off special financing. What they don't tell you is that they have a 3-in-1 lot. meaning 3 different lots under the same umbrella company. So we fill out the paperwork for the credit check. The man goes to run it, then comes back to get the same information. He leaves again, comes back and states their computers are down and asks us about a down payment. We tell him what we can afford (having a backup plan of course in case we needed a higher down payment). The man leaves comes back and says they can't help us but that they can take us next door to this other lot that THEY OWN. First of all what about the "special financing" that you claim to offer on your website? Already an hour wasted. We go next door to find that the cars cost MORE than the vehicle we were interested in and that they were LESS dependable. I mean come on do the math $232.00 per month is alot cheaper than the OVER $300.00 per month your trying to get me to pay for a car that is not worth the price. I REALLY think they need to rethink their business practices. Pros: null Cons: null
