visited Bodin Chiropractic on 19th St. in Moore, next to Anytime Fitness, in January of 2008, it was a new office and was next door to my gym. I explicity asked if my insurance would cover any services rendered and clearly stated I DID not want any services if they were not covered.
Pros: none
Cons: Horrible business practices!
