After nearly 20 years of being accident free I had to use my insurance for the first time. I dreaded the phone call, the process and the aftermath. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised. From the first phone call to my agent, Will Anderson, to the final repair on my car the process was smooth, seamless, and efficient.
