Mike seems like a great guy the only issue it that he needs to learn that that zero turn has another speed beside lightspeed. I think Mike is a nice guy but should really slow down and show the customer that he cares instead of trying to get the job done as fast as possible and leaving. Spend a little more time on the lawn and show people that you really know what you are doing!!!! All around this is someone that I would not hire to take care of my lawn because of the fact that his work ethic is subpar!
