Review content:
The room is nice. However, the place appears to have very incompetent people in charge. I recently attended a Semi-Formal Ball at the Empire Room. A small number of people at the event brought flasks into the venue. Instead of asking those few people with flasks to leave, they shut the whole event down. This was my first experience with this venue, and I will never do business with them. Can you imagine having a wedding reception closed down midway through because a few guests sipped on a flask in the bathroom? STAY AWAY FROM THE EMPIRE ROOM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FULLFILL THEIR OBLIGATION.
