Review content:
I decided to join this club because they have newer machines friendly staff, and "free" classes for my girlfriend. I also really liked the idea of the TV's mounted right on the machines. Much of the time the subtitles would be on right over the tv screen, and there is no way to turn it off... or at least the staff didn't know how. I could live with that (even though it was really annoying when watching a sporting event). What irked me is that when I joined they said I could put my membership on hold if I wasn't going to use it for a while. Since I knew I wouldn't be around much, I decided to put it on hold for the summer. But when I called them, they told me I would still have to pay $5 a month. So I cancelled (still had to pay them my $95 for another month that I wouldn't use) and decided I'd find a new place come October. Too bad that they opted to see me go as a customer for a few months worth of dues. A couple weeks ago I received a message from the manager to see why I left. I called back and left them a message to explain the situation, and they never called back. Pros: Newer machines Cons: Built in TV's Break, not upfront about membership hold policy
