I have had Remodel Works update our kitchen. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Cupboards were ordered in the wrong size and had to be reordered delaying our projected finish date. We specifically requested slow closing drawers and were given the wrong type because the sales lady @ the showroom took it upon herself to assume what we wanted and they would not order the new drawers as requested because the incorrect drawers had been placed. We have had tile problems and leaking due to rain. Their customer service is very rude when requesting follow up on service and/or they do not return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend this company to any person. Shop around. You may spend more, but you will get better service.
