My family has been to Longhorn before and received good service. However, this last time that we went we were AMAZED at how PERFECT our server was. He was attentive but not annoying and very professional. My family was so impressed that we left him a $50 tip (which we have never done before). I will go back much more often and of course, request him by name...(Shane is his name in case you would like to experience excellent service like we did)
