I agree with most of the reviews of this place. Dr. Kent has been rude many times. She is always busy (i.e in her office) and IF she ever does return her phone calls she does sound annoyed and whenever she doesn't feel like getting involved she simply avoids her patients. At first i thought she was really nice but i went in again and all the things i didn't expect would happen did.I think the receptionists are scared of her and i guess who wouldnt. I wouldnt take my cat back there again. They are ridiculously overpriced and sometimes the doctor just checks the cats for 5 minutes and she charges over a 100!! ridiculous.its amazing how she says she loves cats and blah blah blah when i couldn't see any of that.how sad.
