I disagree with the above three reviews, that is absolutely never the type of experience i've had and i've been a client of theirs for 18 years! I've had 4 cats live long lives some with serious problems but always receiving the most upscale treatment and compassionate care. The prices may be slightly higher than some other practices, but you pay for the best and receive the best. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would never in a million years believe Dr.Kent would say "we're very busy." She makes time for all questions and has spent countless hours with me counseling me about my cats and their illnesses. I am forever grateful to be a client of such a caring veterinary clinic, especially because they specialize in felines.
